Gardener and Maintenance Assistant
Elias was born in Sosúa, in the community of Loma de los Chivos. From the age of five, while growing up in the sugarcane fields, he observed the work of the cane farmers and discovered his passion for agriculture.
As an adult, Elias worked in construction, which led him to connect with 3 Mariposas Montessori, where he was part of the team that built the new campus. Later, Sarah —the director of 3MM— invited him to join the team as a gardener, a proposal he gladly accepted, not only because of his love for nature but also because he is part of the 3MM parent community. His son, Eliecier, has attended the Montessori classrooms since the age of two.In his free time, Elias enjoys playing baseball, a sport he’s very passionate about. Today, together with Frank, he helps care for and beautify the 3MM gardens, bringing life and freshness to the school environment.
